Wilkin sworn in as City Manager
New Greenfield City Manager Todd Wilkin took his oath of office Friday, April 13 in Council Chambers with Highland County Court Judge Robert J. Judkins administering the oath as Wilkin's family, friends, members of Greenfield Village Council and Greenfield staff members looked on.
Greenfield Village Council approved the employment of Wilkin as City Manager on April 4. Wilkin, a former Safety-Service Director for the City of Hillsboro, received a three-year contract to function as Greenfield’s CEO.
Wilkin brings a lot of experience to the table. Among his accomplishments was his involvement in the development of the Over-the-Rhine area of Cincinnati, which has undergone something of a renaissance in recent years.
Wilkin and his wife, Bethanie, have four children and live in the Lynchburg area.
Approximately 30 candidates applied for the job of Greenfield City Manager to replace Ron Coffey, who retired at the end of March 2018.
