Access to the South Central Ohio Industrial Park (SCOIP) is available via State Route 41, N. Washington St., N. Fifth St. and Lovers Lane. SCOIP is equipped with high-speed fiber optics, and local utility companies offer excess electric and natural gas capacity. Greenfield is blessed with a generous aquifer and offers excess water and sewer capacity.
