Unfortunately, a lot of water & sewer bills this month arrived late. We are very sorry this happened and are unsure of the cause. However, please remember that water & sewer bills are due on the 10th of the month for everyone. Aside from remembering to pay the bills by the 10th of each month, there are other ways to help make sure your bill gets paid on time: 1) sign up for ACH payments and the bill will be automatically paid from your bank account every month. To do this, you'll need to fill out an ACH form and return it to the village by drop box or in person, the latter of which can be done as of June 1 when the village offices open back up to the public. You can get the form on the table in the third-floor lobby of the city building or on the village's website (greenfieldohio.net) in the "forms" tab. There is no charge to use the ACH option. 2) sign up for online billing on the greenfieldohio.net website by clicking on the "pay your utility bill online" tab. Here you can also register your account using either your phone number or email and you will receive bill reminders when it is time to play your bill. Please note that if you do choose to pay online with a card a $2.95 convenience fee will be applied. 3) If you don't receive your bill within the first week of the month and have not signed up for one of the options above, you can always call the water & sewer department at 937-981-2082.
