Water & Sewer Department Update

We are going into our second month with our newly improved Water & Sewer bills, and we want to provide you with a quick update.  We are no longer mailing out postcards as we have heard from several Greenfield citizens that they were getting lost in the mail.  Our old, plotted printer that we have used for decades to create the postcards has also been deteriorating over the past several years, so we made the decision to hire a third party to both create and mail out our Water & Sewer bills.  The Water & Sewer bills are now a full sheet of paper, mailed out in an envelope, and an envelope is also provided for residents.  This envelope can be used to mail your payment back to our Water & Sewer Department or you may use the envelope to drop your payment off in one of our two drop boxes.  Water & Sewer bills are always due by the 10th of the month by 4:30 p.m.  However, if the 10th of the month falls on a weekend your payment would be due the Friday before by 4:30 p.m.  Payments can be made by calling our automated phone service at 844-600-9022 or online by visiting greenfieldohio.net (please note that your payment will take 24 hours to process and there is a $2.95 credit card fee to use this service).  Another option would be to pay in-person on the third floor of the Greenfield City Hall Building Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  If you choose to pay in-person you can pay your bill using cash, check or a credit card (please note that a $3.50 credit card service fee will apply).  You can be set up on an ACH withdraw and have your payment automatically taken out of your account for free; just sign up for this in-person and bring your bank information with you.  You may also sign up to view your bill anytime; receive an email or text reminder; or begin receiving a paperless bill by visiting our website at greenfieldohio.net and registering your account online.  Lastly, do not use DOXO to pay your Water & Sewer bill online as the Village of Greenfield is not affiliated with this company.
