PUBLIC SALE OF WINDOWS

 

The Village of Greenfield is offering for sale, under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 721.15(A), the following personal property:  

The Village of Greenfield is offering for sale, under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 721.15(A), the following personal property:  Windows from the Greenfield City Building.  The windows are obsolete and not needed for municipal purposes.

The windows are being offered for sale in lots of four by sealed bids and shall be received until 11:00 a.m., June 9, 2023, at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 300 Jefferson Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the front with the name and address of the bidder and titled “Window Sale”.

 

The personal property is being sold in “as is” condition, without any warranties expressed or implied. 

 

The personal property sale is being conducted “with reserve”.  As allowed by Ohio Revised Code 721.15(A), the City Manager of the Village of Greenfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise until all such windows are sold.  All desired inspections must be made prior to bidding.  Any successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement, without contingencies.  A description of the windows may be obtained by contacting Police Chief/Public Service Director Jeramiah Oyer, Village of Greenfield, P.
