In accordance with an Order of Sale issued in Highland County Court of Common Pleas Case #22CV0124 on May 16, 2023, the Village of Greenfield and Greenfield Community Improvement Corporation are accepting bids for the purchase of 602 N. Fifth Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123, being Highland County Ohio Parcel Number 27-06-001-020.00. The minimum bid required is $7,500.00. Bids will be opened on June 26, 2023 at 12:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Village of Greenfield, Ohio. A purchase agreement will be executed with the highest bidder that meets or exceeds the minimum bid.
