PUBLIC NOTICE: WATER & SEWER DEPARTMENT - WATER SHUT OFF DAY POLICY (FOR NON-PAYMENT)

  1. We will no longer begin turning the water back on for residents until all our water shut offs are completed, which will be 2 p.m.
  2. We will begin turning the water back on for residents who have paid beginning at 2 p.m. (in order of when residents pay) until 3:30 p.m. (Someone will need to be at the home between the hours of 2 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. so we can turn the water back on). ** Please note if we have not turned your water back on by 3:30 p.m. (during business days) your water will be turned on the following morning between the hours of 8 a.m. & noon or Monday morning between 8 a.m. & noon and again someone will need to be at the home between these hours so we can turn the water back on.   
  3. If your payment is received after 2 p.m. we will not be able to turn your water back on until the following morning (during business days) or Monday if your payment was received after 2 p.m. on Friday.
