All bids must be submitted in conjunction with the purchase of 425 S. Fifth Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123, Highland County Ohio Parcel Number 27-16-001-050.00 with the bid sheet breaking down the purchase price by parcel and the price must meet the minimum bid of both parcels combined. The bid per parcel must also meet the minimum bid required of each parcel. Bids will be opened on March 13, 2024 at 12:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Village of Greenfield, Ohio.
